I had the pleasure of meeting the McRae family the day of the session. They purchased a gift certificate through the lethbridge hockey funraiser. Every year I pick a few things to contribute to. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer day , though it felt like we were racing against the threat of rain with the storm clouds rolling in.
However they worked to our advantage for some super dramatic clouds for the session.
No matter how large the extended family is I always doing a variation if shots with the whole group and them move down through imitate families.
This always includes an individual if kids and then some of just mom and dad.
During family sessions I will also do other combinations, grandkids and Grandparents, or mom and the girls, the options are endless. Often this is the only time everyone can get to get together.
One Fun photo is always recommended, because why Not? Families are welcome to bring props or ideas they may want to try.
