We can meet at my photography studio in Lethbridge or at a location that feels right for you. For my out-of-town or destination couples, I’m happy to connect over FaceTime or video chat — whatever makes things easiest.

This is a great chance for us to get to know each other, chat about your vision, and talk through what kind of photos you’re dreaming of. While my editing style stays consistent, your posing and energy can be completely unique to you.

Some couples love a fun, playful vibe. Others want something romantic, dramatic, or even artistic. Many go for a blend of it all — and I’ll help guide you every step of the way to create something that feels true to you.

2. Securing Your Date

A signed contract and a 30% non-refundable deposit are required to officially book your wedding date. The contract ensures that expectations are clear and that both you and I are protected — no matter who you choose to photograph your day, I always recommend asking for one.

The deposit can be paid via credit card, e-transfer, or debit. Your remaining balance is flexible and can be paid at any time, but it must be paid in full no later than three weeks before your wedding day.

3. Final Details & Timeline Prep

As your wedding day approaches, we’ll meet to go over all the final details — from where you’re getting ready and ceremony/reception addresses, to weather backup plans and anything else that matters.

I’ll also help you build a custom wedding day timeline to ensure everything runs smoothly and we make the most of your photography coverage.

The remaining balance for your wedding package is due at this time as well.

4. Delivery, Downloads & Albums

All wedding packages include high-resolution digital images, delivered via email with a private download link. You’re welcome to share this link with friends and family anywhere in the world — and there’s no limit to how many times the images can be downloaded.

You’ll also have the option to order professional-quality prints directly through the gallery. These go straight to the lab for seamless, high-end results. Prefer to print on your own? That’s totally fine — you’re free to use the lab of your choice.

Your gallery link never expires, and your images will be safely backed up for five years.

For packages that include an album, I’ll handle the design — you’ll simply choose your favorite photos, and I’ll create a beautiful, timeless layout to preserve your story.
